Break the Taboo: HIV & Anal Health theequalitytalk
Welcome to Break the Taboo: HIV & Anal Health, a community-led conversation created in partnership with the Cheshire and Merseyside Cancer Alliance, exploring what it means to live well with HIV.
Although anal cancer is rare, it is significantly more common in people living with HIV and disproportionately affects people from Black communities due to later-stage diagnosis.
Through real stories and lived experience, we explore the importance of symptom awareness, early diagnosis, and breaking down the stigma that often keeps people from seeking support.
Join us as we open up a conversation that’s long overdue.
